Picture Perfect Opportunity for an experienced Producer to win work toshoot in Spain.

A team player who is self-motivated, competitive, passionate and enjoys working to targets. You will have previously worked as a producer on both photo shoots and digital content jobs, and have established relationships with decision makers in the fashion and advertising sectors. We are looking for someone aligned with our company values, and who demonstratesthese at all times.


• Win work to shoot in Spain.
• Develop new contacts, as well as maintain and strengthen existing relationships (in line with our Customer Relationship Management process).
• Strategically targeting key decision makers across territories; brands, advertising agencies production companies and photographers’ agents.
• Build and follow through market strategy for Photo & Motion.
• Secure weekly volume of sales contacts.
• Regular client meetings and sales trips to key territories
• Prepare budgets. Bidding on a wide variety of Photo & Motion projects with varying sized budgets for shoots throughout Spain.
• Close liaison with our production, casting and visuals departments.
• Produce confirmed jobs, as possible.
• Thorough handover of other confirmed jobs to freelance producer.
• Reconciliation, wraps and post shoot de-briefs with clients.
• Developing and progressing marketing initiatives and concepts.
• Attend key functions (company parties and industry events).
• Travel between our offices in Mallorca and Barcelona for company events and shoots.
• Finance and Invoice chasing
• CRM updating
